ordered this because none of the stores in upstate SC carries this anymore.target used to. began eating this as a kid and the muffins you can make are really good. I bought several boxes then divided it up and vacuum packed it and put it in the freezer. as it is a grain product and prone to bugs as all those products are, like flour. bought more than i needed to make the shipping worth while. Anybody besides me notice that shipping is getting outrageous.especially UPS. Of course some companies are padding the shipping charges. I thought the shipping from walmart was fair.
A creamy smooth cereal that is great with fruit or spice. Lots of iron and calcium. Toddlers love this cereal. Stays on spoon like a pudding. Expand their taste bud likes by adding new foods or not so well liked textured foods on same spoon with creamy cereal.
Top of box is taped up, I hope it was not tampered with. 😮 Otherwise, everything looks in order, as far as I can tell. No one knocked or rang doorbell, but not a problem.
Malt O Meal is so good that I can eat it anytime. Personally, I like it a little thicker, but I enjoy it with a little butter,milk, and sugar. But I also enjoy it with a little butter,salt, and pepper. It's very healthy for you and tastes terrific. I couldn't ask for more,it's a complete meal for me. loaded with vitamins and protein,easy on your stomach. Buy you a little box and just try it, you'll be satisfied and a bigger box will be on your next trip to the store. it even comes in Chocolate.
I used to eat this as a kid. Quick n easy. I premake containers with 3TBS Malt O meal, 1 TBS brown sugar. I use baby food containers. Then when your ready to eat, just pour in a bowl with 1 cup water and microwave for 1 minute at a time, stiring in between, till it boils, then just stir and let sit. Usually takes about 2 1/2 min in microwave. Who doesn't have 3 minutes to make breakfast? It's delicious with the brown sugar and filling. Just as I remember.
I ordered this product because it is becoming harder and harder to find it. I was very pleased with the amount I had to pay including shipping. I would highly recommend ordering dry food product from Walmart. I got my 4 boxes withing 4 days flat..that's pretty impressive. So go ahead and find out for yourself that ordering from Walmart is pleasant and the shipping is fair..Thanks Walmart

I thought I would give this a try but I'm sorry I did. cream of wheat is much much better. this has more of like a bitter taste to it I don't care for it at all
Arrived in paper wrapping. Had rained for two days and both items in package were ruined. One box fell apart in my hands when I lifted it out of paper wrapping. Second box, this one, is moist from the rain and I'm afraid of mold forming. Unacceptable for me.
I never received the box of hot cereal. Will I ever see you I don't know? Who do I call what do I do?!
